If you need assistance with DarkZen, please reach out to us at hello@darkzen.app. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from DarkZen. To submit a data deletion request:
- Send an email to hello@darkzen.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your DarkZen account
- We will permanently remove your data from our systems within 48 hours of receiving your request
Please note that once your data is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your journal entries, chat history with Aria, mood logs, no-contact streak data, and account information will be permanently removed.

If you're experiencing issues with DarkZen, try these steps before contacting support:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
- Check that you have a stable internet connection
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Restart your device
